omigosh

how long has it been since i last updated this blog?? i'm afraid some of you are keeping track of it more frequently than i am! wait a minute... there's probably only one of 'you' left out there, and that you is 'me'! oh well... since i have to keep myself awake for the next half an hour, updating this blog sounds like a good idea.

i am at the airport. yea. again. on my way to seoul. yep. again. feeling a bit embarrassed by it actually. and irritated at the same time. this is my third trip to seoul this year. and with the gloomy economic outlook, this is definitely not a wise financial decision. i seemed to have developed a phobia of being 'left behind' when the husband goes on business trips. and this phobia is the one responsible for these airport blogging activities. i think it's time i seriously think of a way to deal with it.

for now, let me just put in a useful piece of info for fellow mums out there who are thinking of going to seoul with their little ones. before i forget. before i go on another phobia-driven trip to some other lala land.

Seoul, Korea.

My daughter is 3 years old and she's one super-active piece of work. i have to constantly think of things to do and places to go with her. so here are some places in seoul which she enjoyed.

Lotte World
For obvious reasons. It's a theme park. She enjoyed the indoor hot-air balloon ride, merry-go-round, the ball room (where you get to shoot balls out of mini canons and some other ball-related gadgets), outdoor mini swinging boat (dunno what it's called), mini ferris wheel, etc.

Samsung Children's Museum
There's an area for children to get taste of the construction industry where they can use foam bricks to build a house. Complete with kid-size safety vests. There's also a water play area, my daughter loved it. Oh, and a playground for younger kids with lego, puzzles, dollhouse, etc.

ok. i gotta go now. i will try my very best to continue this post while in seoul.
